Make a winter scene using construction paper, dark color works best,
have the kids colour a winter scene and then paint over it with
salty water.

3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup nonfat dry milk
2 cups instant NesQuik
3/4 cup non dairy creamer
1 large (6 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and store in air tight containers. To enjoy, add 3 T to a cup of boiling hot water.
